We aim to turn around your order the day it arrives, however at busy times of the year this is not always possible. Rest assured that 95% of orders are dispatched sameday. We use two companies for our shipping - Royal Mail handle all smaller orders [up to 2.5 Kg] and a generally very reliable with delivery.
 
UK 1st class orders 1-2days
EC Airmail orders 2-3days
ROW Airmail 3-7 Days
 
For international orders we recommend that you use Royal Mail international signed for service [+£3]  this guarantees delivery and also require a signature. We do experience problems with certain territories where more often than not parcels do not arrive and cannot accept responsibility for parcels that do go astray unless this service is selected.    
 
For large UK and EC orders over 3kg we use Interlink Express courier – they are extremely reliable and have a great reputation across the whole of Europe. They offer a UK next day service and also an exclusive EC box rate which is costs effective for large orders only.
