"i-Panik", the debut album from Skylark, AKA International DJ Nic Fanciulli and Andy Chatterley, has been bubbling under for the last few months as a digital only release on Beatport on Saved Records. Finally, NRK Music, in conjunction with Saved, are proud to announce the full release of "i-Panik" along with a companion remix disc. “Saved” is the first single to come from the album, and is a no-nonsense tribal techno club track, nodding to Detroit and European influences.
A remix of “Saved” comes courtesy of Stockholm’s Joel Mull, a techno producer & DJ who partners Adam Beyer in Safety Session, as well as producing and remixing for labels such as Underwater, Cocoon and Liebe Detail.
Also supplying two very cool percussive versions is Italy’s Massi DL, who has cropped up recently on labels like Soma, Leftroom and Tic Tac Toe.
"i-Panik", the album, gets released on June 2nd and features an excellent companion remix disc from artists like Funk D’Void, Joris Voorn and UNKLE, Manuel Tur, Steve Mac, Davide Squillace and many more.
