Already a huge cult underground record for the last couple of years, Trackheadz' 'Our Music' gets a re-release on NRK as part of the Trackheadz debut album project, to be released in February ‘06.
'Our Music' is a deep house classic that is built around a string section that will already be familiar to deep heads (say no more!) Produced by Canadian’s Nick Holder & Kaje, and originally released on Holder's DNH label, the record has been much sought after, largely thanks to huge support from the likes of Masters At Work, Jazzy Jeff and DJ Gregory, all including this track on their various mix CDs.
This 2006 re-release sees a brand new remix from San Francisco producer/DJ Joshua. The Classic Recordings/Junior/Om Records contributor has beefed up the original and turned out a satisfyingly chunky version with a real jackin' swing to it. |
